Delivery cost

• Free delivery on any order that includes a toy of R400 or more. The whole order ships free.
• Orders made up only of toys under R400 pay R120 delivery, once per order.

Each product page says whether that toy qualifies for free delivery, and the delivery cost is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

Where we deliver

We deliver by courier to street addresses anywhere in South Africa. We don't ship outside South Africa at the moment.

How long it takes

Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days in total: we pack your order within 1 business day of payment, and the courier then takes 1–2 business days. Orders paid before 10:00 (South African time) on a business day start processing that day; later orders start the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Outlying and rural areas can take a little longer, and the busy weeks before Christmas can add a day or two.

Tracking

We'll email you when your order is on its way. The courier may call or message you on the number you gave at checkout to arrange delivery.

Missed deliveries

If nobody is available to receive your parcel, the courier will try again or contact you to arrange a new time. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout.
