Returns & refunds

You can return toys within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange, whether you've changed your mind or the toy is faulty. There is no restocking fee.

Changed your mind?

Toys must be new and unused, unopened and in their original packaging with all parts included. The cost of sending a change-of-mind return back to us is for your account.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If a toy arrives damaged, stops working, is missing parts or isn't what you ordered, let us know with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including any delivery costs. Under the Consumer Protection Act you can return a faulty item within 6 months of delivery, and nothing in this policy limits that right.

Exchanges

Prefer a different toy, colour or size? We're happy to exchange items that meet the conditions above. Tell us what you'd like instead when you contact us.

How to return a toy

• Email info@toyjoy.co.za or use our contact form with your order number and the toy(s) you want to return or exchange.
• We'll confirm the return and send you the return address and instructions.
• Send the toy back to us by courier or post, packed securely. Keep your proof of postage.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned toy, we refund you to your original payment method within 10 days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund at any time before it has been shipped. Just contact us.
