These terms apply to purchases made on toyjoy.co.za. ToyJoy is a trading name of Muvhuyu (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2026/688723/07), Unit D10, 41 Brand Rd, President Park AH, Midrand, Gauteng, 1685, South Africa.

Prices and payment

All prices are in South African Rand. Delivery is free on orders that include a toy of R400 or more, and R120 otherwise; the delivery cost is shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by PayFast; we never see or store your card details.

Orders

Your order is confirmed once your payment is received. If a toy becomes unavailable after you've paid, we'll contact you and refund that item in full. We may limit quantities per order.

See our returns & refunds policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

Product information and safety

We take care to show accurate descriptions and photos, but packaging, colours and designs can change, and items marked “design may vary” are sent in the design available. Age guidance comes from the manufacturer: always check the age recommendation and safety warnings on the packaging, and supervise young children with small parts and batteries.
